Sesame Chutney 



Ingredients:
  • Sesame Seeds - 15 Grams
  • Garlic Pods - 4-5
  • Ginger - 1/2" Piece
  • Dried Red Chili - 3-4
  • Tomato - 1 {Quartered}
  • Lemon - 1/2 Tsp or less
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp

In a pan roast the sesame, after it pops keep aside. In the same pan add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, red chili, and 1 1/2 tbsp of oil and using high flame roast it until some spots/roasted on tomatoes. In a mixer jar add the sesame seeds, lemon juice, rest oil, cooked mix, salt. Grind to a fine paste using enough water.


 Red Chilli Chutney


Ingredients:

  • Garlic cloves - 12 nos ( small)
  • Red chilli - 4-6 nos(use 6 for spicy chutney)
  • Vinegar – 1-2 tbsp ( adjust)
  • Salt - as needed
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp 
-Soak the red chillies in warm water for 20 minutes.You can soak them overnight too.Peel garlic cloves.
 -Grind the red chillies,garlic cloves,sugar,salt and vinegar to a smooth paste.Adjust the salt.If its too spicy,add more vinegar.Mix well and serve with hot momos. 


Aromatická omáčka

2 lžíce sojové omáčky
1 lžíce octa (rýžového, nebo normálního)
1 lžíce sezamového oleje
nasekaného česneku a
nasekaných čili papriček.
